We were a little worried about handling our bags and navigating the process because we were all going together, but the ground crew did everything with accuracy and a smile. 

The self-check-in kiosks were available for those who preferred a faster, contactless experience, but the in-person assistance was equally seamless. The Singapore Airlines staff members were patient and accommodating, especially with our older family members who required a bit more assistance. Before boarding, we had the opportunity to relax in the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge, which was an unexpected delight.
